This course is aimed at Supervisors and Managers. The course raises the understanding and awareness of their responsibility for Data Protection. They will learn about Data Protection issues they may face, and every organization should have a Manager or Director with overall responsibility for Data Protection.
It also looks at what rules and laws are in place that regulates employees’ consent to the processing of data. And to ensure you and your employees comply with your legal obligation when doing so.
This course will enable staff to identify issues that should be referred up to that line manager.
