The course raises awareness of unconscious bias and explains how our unconscious minds are on auto-pilot and we use when carrying out day to day activities. E.g. we don’t consciously think about walking but we do it. This course aims to lift the lid on some of these immediate tendencies while reflecting on a serious point that our decision making can be affected due to your subconscious mind.

The course covers how the above can impact on decision making, teamwork and objectivity and improve reasonable and rationale thinking to improve performance.
