PJH Law Services Limited (registered number 09020507) whose registered office is 18A Maiden Lane, Stamford, Lincolnshire, PE9 2AZ (“the Supplier”) provides e-learning services (“the Services”) for sale to customers more particularly described and identified by the information entered when purchasing the Services and included in the customer’s online account and on payment documentation (“the Customer”).
The Supplier agrees to supply the Services to the Customer strictly subject to the Terms and Conditions set out herein.
It is agreed as follows:
- Services
The Supplier will provide to the Customer its suite of Yoga HR e-learning service which includes compliance courses and skills courses as well as access to the learner management system.
- Price & Payment
The Supplier will invoice the Customer £2700.00 plus vat.
- Minimum Term
The minimum term of the Agreement is 12 months commencing on 1 April 2024 and expiring on 31 March 2025.
- Liability
The Services are an online service and do not constitute legal advice about any specific matter. Whilst every effort is made to ensure precedents and information contained in e-learning courses are correct and legally compliant, it is not possible to guarantee that precedent documents and standard training courses are suitable for every specific purpose. The Supplier accepts no liability in respect of any part of the Services, which are supplied “as is”. Bespoke legal advice is available from PJH Law Solicitors LLP. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 is excluded from this agreement.
- Copyright
The Supplier retains copyright in the courses prepared by the Supplier as part of the Services or otherwise.
