AGREEMENT TO EXTEND/VARY FIXED TERM CONTRACT

BETWEEN:

1. IT IS AGREED 
    
   1. Subject to the notice provisions at clause [insert clause numbers] of the Original Contract, the Original Contract shall be extended until [insert date]. 
       
   2. All other terms set out in the Original Contract remain unchanged. 
       
   3. The terms of this Agreement shall apply from [date]. The Employee’s continuous employment start date remains [insert date as stated in the Original Contract]. 
       

    
    

2. WHEREAS 
    
   1. The Employer and the Employee entered into a fixed term contract dated [date] (\”the Original Contract\”). 
       
   2. The Employer and the Employee wish to extend that contract for a further fixed term. 
       
   3. The Employer and the Employee have agreed the amended terms as set out herein. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
